Counseling Interns

Our interns at Sprout to Bloom Wellness are current students in accredited master’s degree programs working to earn hours toward their degrees and gain experience in a clinical setting.

They work under the supervision of Joan M. Coles MS LPC CPCS and the direction of Kaitlyn Sampson Albarelli MS LPC and participate in consultation with all members of our team.

Our interns are committed to providing accessible, affirming, affordable care- they are able to take insurance for some sessions and offer a lower self pay rate and sliding scale to allow more clients access to therapy.

Traci Gordon

Traci supports high functioning clients navigating burnout, overthinking, identity exploration, and feeling stuck. Traci spends a lot of time with people who look capable from the outside but quietly feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure what comes next.

More about me:

Before entering the counseling field, I spent many years working in healthcare administration, which strengthened my communication skills and gave me insight into the pressure people often carry while managing change, stress, expectations, and responsibility.

I understand how easy it can be to keep functioning while something underneath still feels unsettled. I want therapy to feel like a place where we can slow things down, get curious about patterns underneath the struggle, and create room for more clarity, direction, and self-understanding.

I embrace a person-centered therapeutic approach, thoughtfully integrating evidence-based practices to create a counseling experience tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals.

I work with flexibility and deep respect to always meet you where you are while supporting meaningful and lasting change.
